In Flanders Field

I like the peom but it makes me feel sad.

  1.  They explain what it is and how they feel
  2.  In the between the crosses row on row it paints a picture

    Happy New Years! I hope you also had an amazing Christmas! Did you get up to anything special?

    I am glad that you enjoyed the poem. It makes me feel sad too, I am very glad we didn't have to live during this time.
    You are right, the line about the crosses lined up in rows does make a really clear picture in my mind about what Flanders fields might look like now. I think it would be very sad going to visit Flanders Field and seeing all the crosses and poppies everywhere.
