Ingredients
- Self-Rasing flour
- White Sugar
- Lemon zest
- milk
- egg
- butter.
How to make it
First grab a bowl Then put 1 cup of Self-Rasing flour and then add 2 ups of white Sugar.
Second 1/2 tsp of Lemon Zest and then add 1 cup of milk.
Third add 1 Egg and then add 30g of butter.
Then mix and after cook them then decorate them how ever you like.

It is wonderful to see that you have joined us again this year and are sharing your learning with us over the summer holiday. I must admit that this activity is one of my favourites because I have the chance to learn more about how to make delicious food. Pancakes are one of my family's favourite foods so I will definitely give your recipe a try. I must admit that I have never used lemon zest in my pancakes before. It sounds like it would be a great addition to our normal recipe.
Does your family make pancakes very often? When we have pancakes we often cut fresh fruit on top (eg. bananas or strawberries) and then drizzle the pancakes with maple syrup from Canada. I am originally from Canada so I always bring bottles of maple syrup with me when I come back from a visit home. Speaking of maple syrup, have you ever tried real Canadian maple syrup? If not, I would highly recommend it!
