Hokitika
The clock tower is where heaps of tourists take photos.
Hokitika Gorge has a beautiful blue coloured water.
er
The treetop walk has really cool different types of trees.
I like the Kiwicentre best because there are nocturnal animals there.
Hey there Eden, my name is Billy and I am from the Summer Learning Journey programme. I live in Auckland and I have never been to Hokitika. After seeing these photos and reading your beautiful descriptions I definitely want to travel to Hokitika now. The Hokitika Gorge looks amazing. Do you swim there often?
ReplyDeleteI will definitely have to take a photo next to that clock tower!
Thanks, Billy
Hi Eden
ReplyDeleteMy name is Allie and I am the cluster manager for the Summer Learning Journey in the Toki Pounamu cluster.
You are doing a great job making your way through the programme. I really enjoyed reading your posts.
We are very lucky to live in such a beautiful part of New Zealand. There are so many cool things to do in Hokitika. The Hokitika Gorge is just a stunning place to visit especially on a nice day. The water is so blue.
And the tree top walkway is also a great addition for tourist and locals to do in our area.
Well done with all you effort that you are putting into your work. I look forward to meeting you when I visit Kaniere School in February.
Keep up the good work Eden!
Until then
Allie :)
Great work Eden showing all the cool things Hokitika has to offer! I am amazed with all your posts and have been looking forward to what you post next. You will have to share your blog with the class when we get back to school and show them all your work!
ReplyDeleteKeep blogging 😊
