Dealing with stress

Relax 

  1. I like to do drawing.
  2.  Lego is fun to play with.
  3. I play with these toys: hatchimals.
  4. I build a hut with the couch cushions and sheets.
When I am really stress I need to do: deep breaths, be alone.

    Hi Eden!

    These are some awesome suggestions! I love that you have one for if you are really, really stressed. I am the same, I like to go out for a walk in nature and be alone ...sometimes I listen to music too.
    That's awesome that you enjoy drawing, maybe you could upload some special ones onto your blog? I would love to see them!
    ..I also like to play with Lego, I enjoy building houses with them. What do you like to make?
    ...Your hut sounds very cool! Me and my brother made a tree hut in the bush behind my house but it doesn't sound quite as comfy as your hut! (maybe you could take a picture of it and add it to this blog post! That would be awesome!)
